Every athlete/cheer/song/band/colorguard participant MUST fill out and complete an Athletic Clearance ONLINE:  at www.AthleticClearance.com  ALL Forms needed can be found on this website.  We are asking all parent/guardian/student participant to complete all the forms ONLINE & upload the necessary paperwork (Physical, proof of insurance).  Questions? Feel free to contact the B&A Office 562-698-8121 x2010  or by  email janice.zolnekoff@wuhsd.org   You do NOT need to pick up an "ATHLETIC PACKET" on the counter in the B&A Office & get cleared to practice & play.  Just do it ONLINE!!!

 

ASB Card Highly Recommended - YOU MUST HAVE AN ASB CARD TO RECEIVE A VARSITY LETTER/EMBLEM/BAR/STAR.  You can purchase this "discount card" for $50 in the B&A Office after July 1.  The ASB Card lets you in FREE to all Football, Basketball, Wrestling & Volleyball Games plus gives you substantial discounts to dances, yearbook, & other events.  The ASB card proceeds pays for referees, tournaments & letterman awards.  Cost of ASB Card is $50.00.
