Parent Data Confirmation 2024

Let's Complete your Student's  Enrollment for the Upcoming School  Year! 

Step 1: Create an Aeries Parent Portal Account (if you do not have one yet)

This step is for parents of 9th grade students or parents of new enrollees who haven't created an Aeries account. You will need an email address to create an Aeries Parent  Portal Account.

Step 2: Complete Parent Data Confirmation

This step is a mandatory process for parents of ALL students, including returning  students. This step will secure your enrollment.

This step is required in order for students to receive their class schedules during  

Program Verification week. 

Step 3:

Attend Parent Power this step is REQUIRED for parents of freshmen only.

Step 4: Program Verification Week

This step is for ALL students and parents. This event will be in-person at WHS. Students' scheduled date is based on their grade level: 

Seniors: Monday, July 29, 2024 8:00am - 12:00pm 

Juniors: Tuesday, July 30, 2024 8:00am - 12:00pm 

Sophomores: Wednesday, July 31, 2024 8:00am - 12:00pm 

Freshmen: Thursday, August 1, 2024 8:00am - 12:00pm

This will need to be  completed prior to students receiving their class  schedules for the upcoming school year. 

Parents of freshmen need to have attended a Parent  Power session prior to receiving your student's fall  schedule of classes.
