WORK PERMIT PROCESS

How to Obtain a Work Permit

Please follow the steps below in order to obtain a Work Permit.

  1. You must already be hired for a job.
Work permits cannot be issued unless you have secured employment.

  2. Download the Work Permit Application.
(You may obtain the form from the school office or the school website, if applicable.)

  3. Complete the “Student Information” and “School Information” sections of the application.

  4. Have your parent or guardian complete and sign the Parent/Guardian section.

  5. Take the application to your employer and have them complete the Employer section fully.
⚠️ Important: Since the Work Permit is issued to your employer, applications will not be processed without this section completed.

  6. Review the entire application carefully to make sure all sections are complete, clear, and legible.

  7. Submit the completed application to Mrs. Sanchez in Room P4.
