The AVID program targets students who demonstrate the individual determination to succeed in higher education, often meeting at least one of the following criteria:
A cumulative GPA falling between 2.0 and 3.5.
The ambition to be the first individual in their family to attend a four-year college or university.
Coming from a low-income or economically subrepresented background.
Navigating unique or special life circumstances while actively desiring rigorous academic support.
